The primary objectives of this EOI and the GIAS program are to :
Establish a state-level, industry-driven advanced training ecosystem across 20 Priority Sectors and 12 Emerging and Futuristic Sectors.
Create a transparent and meritocratic empanelment process for Training Partners (TPs) from industry and academia.
Ensure all training leads to verifiable certification (NSQF/NCVT/KSU/GCVT) along with livelihood and placement support.
Facilitate Reskilling, Upskilling and New-Skilling (RUN) interventions for youth, women, workers, and marginalised communities.
Build a technology-first training ecosystem using Aadhaar-seeded enrolment, biometric attendance, and online monitoring.
