Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) for skilling rural youth under DDU-GKY 2.0 for FY 2026-28. The appraisal agency is NIRDPR, Hyderabad.
The Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation has invited applications from interested Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana 2.0. for Financial year 2026-28. Eligible PIAs can submit their applications online through the official portal https://kaushal.rural.gov.in/#/home. Under category A, a total target of 12,381 is to be allocated and under Categories B, C, and D, a total target of 49,527 candidates is to be allocated. Additionally, PIAs are allowed to submit dedicated projects for rural youth under the Persons with Disabilities (PWD)category, which will be governed by the guidelines issued under Notification No. 43/2017. Each PIA is permitted to submit maximum three proposals.

Categories of PIAs (4 types)
A. Captive Employers
B. Existing PIAs with >50% placement record in DDU-GKY
C. Skilling Agencies with no DDU-GKY experience
D. Start-ups for Skilling (recognized by DIPP, Ministry of Commerce & Industry)
Key Implementation Conditions
First batch start: On or before 31 October 2026
All training/OJT end by: 31 December 2027
Training duration: Minimum 3 months / 576 hours (Domain 396 hrs + Non-domain 180 hrs)
No clubbing of Qualification Packs; independent NOS/micro-credentials allowed to meet hours.
IP cameras mandatory at SDC; access to be provided to RSLDC.
Random physical verification of placements by RSLDC.
